This website offers an e-commerce facility which shall be subject to these e-commerce terms of use.

These e-commerce terms of use are a contract between you and us separate to any separate terms of trade and the terms of use of this Website, so please read them carefully.

You will be asked to accept or decline these Terms. You must accept these Terms before you make a payment using this website's e-commerce facility.

In these terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

Fees means the additional fees which may be payable for the use of E-Commerce Services as noted on the Website. E-Commerce Services means the services available through the Website by which money may be paid to us by credit card transaction and E-Commerce Process shall mean the process by which those services are provided. Website means this website offering the e-commerce facility.

You agree not to use our E-Commerce Services for any improper, injurious, offensive or unlawful purpose.

In using our E-Commerce Services, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 and have legal capacity to contract in New Zealand. If you are using a credit card, you represent and warrant that the credit card is issued in your name and that you shall pay to the credit card issuer all charges incurred through the use of our E-Commerce Services.

Upon completing a transaction using our E-Commerce Services, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct. You should print the transaction confirmation for future reference and your files. We shall have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of providing E-Commerce Services or for loss of data or information caused by factors outside of our control.

All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZD$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. All offers and items are subject to availability at the advertised price. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason. However for various reasons, that product might still appear on our website for a period of time after that withdrawal. We make no undertaking that a product shown on this website will be available for purchase on-line at all stores or at a specific store.

When an order is submitted your card will be debited or processed by your part payment provider. All items on your order will prepared for dispatch to your nominated shipping address. If we cannot supply the items requested we will then process a refund to the value of the non-supplied items.

We aim to ship within 48 hours. We use Courier Post and will provide tracking information to the supplied e-mail address. If there are any issues with meeting the shipping timeframe we will contact you to discuss.

Expected delivery is 1-2 business days from the time shipped. For the North Island this is 1-2 business days and 3-4 days for the South Island. These times may differ depending on the shipping provider.

Items over $150 will be shipped for free with the exeption of over-sized products.

For items under $150 we try to offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand. The cost will be detailed at checkout. Rural Delivery and over-sized items may incur extra charges.

We do not currently ship products from our website internationally. If you are an international purchaser, please contact us directly on sales@decoro.co.nz

Unless our terms of trade or refunds or returns policy provides otherwise, a refund will only be provided when it has been proven that there has been an overpayment. When applying for a refund you must provide us with proof of the overpayment. If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be transferred back to the originating credit card, through the part-payment service provider, or held to your credit against future invoices. No cash refunds will be given.

If you've changed your mind, you can return your item as long as it is in a re-sellable condition and is unopened within 7 days of delivery.

The item must not have been used or damaged in any way.It must be in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories. It must be unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition.

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund if any of these requirements are not met.

The card issuer or part payment provider controls the timing of returned funds. Please contact your card issuer for details.

We offer physical gift vouchers that are redeemable in store and different e-vouchers for online use only.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can not be redeemable for cash.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 Months after the issue date. Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift vouchers may not be purchased using Zip.

You authorise us to collect information about you (including information about transactions processed by you) from time to time through the Website. Any such information collected shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
