With over six decades of design evolution behind it, the Flambeau NextGen 6/0 Large Tackle Box is the latest generation of tackle storage engineered for the modern angler. This high-capacity, U.S.-made tackle system enhances the classic trunk-style cantilever box with advanced materials, improved tray mechanics, and optimized internal storage—offering unmatched organization in a compact footprint.
Replacing the traditional cantilever configuration, six precision swing trays provide instant, one-finger access to 32 individual compartments without expanding the box’s footprint. This pivoting design eliminates tray stacking issues while preventing gear migration during transport. A spacious top-entry bulk compartment (395 cu. in.) accommodates oversized gear like spools, bobbers, or hand tools, with an extra-deep bobber recess for vertical clearance.
The box’s integrated rear cavity supports a 4000 Series Tuff Tainer (sold separately), adding 16–24 customizable compartments. Combined with a secure fast-dial latch system and molded high-impact polymer housing, the 6/0 is built to endure the rigors of real-world use—whether on the bank, boat, or back of the truck.
