Partial Payments

If the total amount of your order exceeds the value of your eGift Voucher or physical Gift Voucher, you must cover the remaining balance using an accepted credit card or another agreed form of payment.

Non-Cash Redemption

Non-Refundable

No Change Given

No change or cash will be given for any remaining value on the eGift Voucher or physical Gift Voucher. Any remaining value can be used, in whole or in part, for future purchases.

Expiration Date

Both eGift Vouchers and physical Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

Decoro Fishing Supplies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Vouchers or physical Gift Vouchers. We are unable to replace them in such cases.

Accurate Recipient Information

Decoro Fishing Supplies is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect recipient details entered for an eGift Voucher. Please ensure all information is accurate before finalising your purchase.

Single Use Only

Once an eGift Voucher or physical Gift Voucher has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused.
