While the increased butt power may deviate from the original character of Slow Pitch design, it hasn't compromised the fishability of the Slow Jerk 603. Designed primarily for Slow Pitch jigging, this rod has also garnered favor in other forms of Slow Jig fishing and even bottom fishing.
