Description

The Tica TB8000 is purposefully engineered to confront and conquer large predators like Kingfish and Snapper. With an impressive maximum drag capacity of 25kg, suitable for both braid and mono lines, this reel is adept at handling the challenges posed by formidable underwater adversaries.

Crafted with a waterproof aluminum main body, cover, and rotor, complemented by a forged aluminum alloy spool, this reel boasts durability and resilience to endure intense fishing scenarios. The main shaft, constructed from hardened stainless steel for superior strength, is enclosed within 8 sealed precision stainless rust-resistant ball bearings (RRB), ensuring seamless and efficient operation. Additionally, an instant anti-reverse roller bearing in the rotor, anti-twist line roller, and a substantial waterproof carbon drag system work in tandem to manage braid tension during rigorous fish battles.

Featuring a high-speed 5.2:1 retrieve ratio, this reel enables a swift retrieval rate of 1.13m per handle turn, providing efficient line recovery. Supplied with an oversized hypalon comfort grip, the forged alloy spool has a braid capacity of PE 24kg/700m or a mono capacity of 10kg/300m.
